Today I learned about the names for the dimensions of the Hauora (The Maori word for Overall-Wellbeing) aspect. The dimensions are Physical, Mental, Social and Spiritual. My Physical Well Being is in a good condition as I have had no recent injuries or bruises which is always a bonus to everyday life :). The things that I do well to look after my taha tinana (physical health) are exercising every now and then, eating reasonably healthy and making sure I don't do anything to injure my self. The things that I could do better for my physical wellbeing are eating more fruits, and probably exercising more often. This dimension is one of the 4 dimensions that I do partially need to work on.
