The issue we have chosen is the problem of litter. We will hand out brochures to people in our community and it will explain 10 easy things they can do to help prevent litter being here in the first place.We have 10 easy things that you can do to help tackle the litter around New Zealand and the world: Don't use straws, Use your own cup instead of their own plastic ones, Carry a fabric bag while shopping instead of using plastic bags, Pick up at least one piece of rubbish every day,carry a rubbish bag with you while in a car, Make sure you put the correct rubbish in the recycling bin, Make sure the lid of your bins are tightly on, help out your community by picking up litter for a day or even a week! Pick up litter that is in front of your house, don't use glad wrap, Reuse ice cream containers. The impact it will have is a cleaner and safer community. The area will be more attractive to people and we will help save our wildlife and endangered animals/plants
