Food Models


The circle food model represents a plate it shows that ¼ should be protein, ¼ should be carbohydrates and ½ should be fruits/vegetables.


The food pyramid model shows how often you should have each of these types of food. We eat the most of fruits,vegetables and breads/cereals. We should eat milk cheese yoghurt,meat and dried foods occasionally and lastly we should have fats,oils,salt,sugar and alcohol very rarely.
